$120/hr after that.
$600 for emergencies between 4 PM and 7 AM, including two hours of labor and one hour of travel.
Three pieces of information save everyone time: the approximate square footage, the current heating type, and whether ductwork already exists. A photo of the electrical panel also helps.
For troubleshooting, note what the unit is doing: any displayed codes, noises, and when the problem occurs.
